Promotional NEW ERA Stadium truck

So here it is, Frank from New Era's personal Stadium truck, this truck was Featured in there #8 Catalog, it was in a spread for R/C Model car Magazine as well as a promotional video showing Frank from New Era enjoying the newly introduced line of trucks at that time.
The truck is in excellent shape, the body does have some light scuff marks that can easily be rubbed out and a few small cranks but nothing major at all, it looks fantastic as is.
The chassis is in like new shape, serial# Z1516, this is a must have for any collector, with it's history and still maintained in such nice shape, $2500 is a steal.

I am open to trade offers as well! (it's not about the money)

I think the problem is that the people that were willing to pay that much already have them now. Honestly, there were only about 5 high dollar collectors out there and now they are dwindling down...

Not that this is an unfair price, but to most it will be un-obtainable...

Yeah if I had the cash I would have swept this up for this price. But I am receiving my big new project in the mail as we speak and its going to take up all the extra cash I have.

When I priced this truck I went by past sales, most recent transactions I have seen, if you take a look at the few that were posted on here and what they sold for and there condition, I should be asking $2800 with it's history, but I am not.
I am willing to work on the number for an out right buy, or value it in a trade, the truck is in GREAT shape, the body has some issues but the paint is shiny and looks great, the rest of the truck, chassis, rear, wheels, motor ect. all look EXCELLENT, the truck is fully function-able and original, I have not seen many of those on here.
If it goes thats fine, if not? as Funky said, it will just sit in a nice cozy room and I will continue to dust it off, polish it up and enjoy it's presents.

As bad as I really would like to of owned it I had to pass on it. Work is kind of getting slow right now so I have to be smart with my money right now. Some one definately got a beauty . I'll be in the market for one after the first of the year.
