What is this chassis?

I was looking through the archived pictures and found this:



Does anybody have any more info on this chassis? I borrowed a chassis from a local racer just to take a closer look at it, he said it was homemade but the similarities beween this chassis and the one I have make me think they could of been made by the same guy.

I cant remember the guys name but Mike has one and I have one. He said there were only two more around. He said there were five but one got totaled if my memory is correct.
