QSAC WEST 10/02-03 SCHEDULE CHANGE

"HOUSTON! WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!!"

I unfortunately have bad news guys... I know its a late notice but it's out of my hands. But this race on October 2nd and 3rd is now going to be a ONE DAY RACE! Due to a last minute scheduling conflict with the Quarter Midget association they have to have the track by 10:00am on Sunday the 3rd. I know we usually have one day events here and we can make it happen, i just hate giving these notices so close to the race... Hopefully you guys can rearrange any hotel plans if needed.

We will still be able to overnight park both Friday night and Saturday night with no issues. As well as if the program goes long on Saturday the lights will be on for us all night, also the lights all have been fixed so we will have more than sufficient lighting to run with if needed...

PLEASE ANNOUNCE THIS SCHEDULING CHANGE TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE YOU KNOW THAT DOESN'T GET ON HERE TO HELP SPREAD THE WORD. I MYSELF WILL CALL AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN AS WELL...

We will try and run the following schedule, but as stated if we have to run into the night so be it...
Friday:

Open Practice all day / night (gates open at 12 noon)

Saturday:

Open practice until 10:30 pm
11:00pm drivers meeting
Heats begin 11:30 pm
One round controlled practice after heats , 10 minutes per class
Mains to begin shortly after
