what frame is it ?

Ha Guys i have had this frame for five years now and was going to use the front off of it ..well mean cut it out for another frame im building but did not want to do that be for finding out what it is ..and it looks as if it was set up for a conley with mounts in it along with tube a-arms...let me know

I am going to take a wild guess, and say it is a modified WCM, or new era, that looks like it had a conley v-8 in it.....

it also looks to have thunderbolt control arms on it....
