Raco Jack Rabbit Questions!

Post by engr673 »

Hello,

I am new to this forum and am looking at purchasing a Raco Jack Rabbit to restore!

I had the opportunity to drive one as a kid but never had the money to buy one back then:(

My Questions:

1. Are parts in good condition few and far between for the Jack Rabbit?

2. Anyone have a PDF of the owners manual?

3. Can you still find tires and rims in good condition?

4. Can you still find the tuned pipe in good condition today?

5. I believe there were two versions of the Jack Rabbit if that is true how can you tell which one is which?

Thanks for the help!

I posted flyers, owners manual and engine rebuild guide for the Jac-Rabbit in the Manuals and Literature area.
Parts are still around.

basically the length of the shocks. Roadrunner sometimes came with a wing too. But the main thing to lookout for is the shocks.

Ok, thanks for the reply. I'm assuming that the jac rabbit had longer shocks to increase travel?
