WCM or Lightning

Im new to these chassis. How do you tell the differance between the two. Are the parts interchangeable?

The easiest way to tell is the lightning has no roll bar, the Wcm has a roll bar that has bars attached to it from the rear shock towers.. The parts aren't interchangeable at all.
