QC gear ratio?

Hello everyone,
I am currently trying to get my hands on a skellenger QC rear, and if I am able to find one what gear combo should I use in the back?
I will be running an engine with 7HP 19k max RPM peak power at 15k RPM
and the car is about ~45 LBS (or about 20.5 Kilograms).
And as usual thank you in advance for any and all help you can provide.
