Rick Tebbs from Ricks RC

[Mike Casey]

Last month we lost a legend. Rick Tebbs from Ricks RC sadly passed away. We were fortunate enough to visit him a couple weeks before to say our goodbyes. For people that did not know him. He was the founder of the famous Ricks RC wheels and built the RIcks RC prototype stadium truck. He was quarterscales biggest cheerleader, never giving up on the dream of quarterscale exploding. Even until the end, he dreamed of exposing under privileged children to quarterscale with a unique build it yourself chassis design. We spoke just about weekly or daily. I find myself getting excited to text him something cool on almost a daily basis, just to remind myself he is no longer here. RIP my good fried. You ARE a Quarterscale Legend.
