I would love to have one of these, and I would love to make it street legal but not sure if open wheel cars are legal? I know the Chrysler/Plymouth Prowler is semi open wheel so I guess there might be some work around? I see myself buying one of these or an Indy Roadster one day.

Doing some more searching and found that open wheel cars are legal at least in the State of Indiana?
