Re: My new project.

Pitt;
One thing that has helped me is to get a model ( 1/25, or 1/18) these are fairly accurate. I use a digital caliper and calculator to get my measurements. For 1/25 caliper measurement X( 25 /4) Use 18 for 1/18 scale

Looks like a cool project , a lot of creativity. How do you post pictures to this site? I'm working on a pair of 70's fuel altered, Nanook and the Rat Trap. Nanook is done except for paint and the Rat Trap is in process

Re: 1/4 Scale Equation???

I enjoy building my cars vs. buying them. I currently have 7 drag cars and 1 drag bike in my collection. Due to space limitations a car must be sold or used as a parts source for a new build. Hotrodz, I really like your VW altered Where did you get the body ??

Pacesetter Grizzley rear shocks

I'm restoring a Grizzely that has many parts missing. Does any body know of a shock asorber that will work as a replacement for the origional rear shocks. I'm trying to prevent a lot of trial and error and cost with the buy and try method.
Thanks in advance
