Re: Best LOOKING super mod you have seen.

I love that # M3 car it is so cool. It reminds me of the legend cars I have seen race down here in Florida, I am sure they race all over the US but here in the south is the only place I have seen them.

Re: WCM IROC Camaro project.

Yeah DTW is right you can find a lot of different sizes. I went with that size because it fits both my GN and super mod and looked scale, and by the looks of your front end I do not think you will have a problem with space so you can go big. I had seen a very narrow cooler once but cannot find it an...

Re: WCM IROC Camaro project.

Also if you wanted to add something "extra" I purchased one of these on ebay a few weeks ago for $14 and they look very nice and pretty close to scale. Just search "PC radiator" you will find it. http://images10.newegg.com/NeweggImage/ProductImageCompressAll300/A0U0_1301048330344...

Oh I like this! This front end looks 5000 times better than the last one. And is that the fuel tank in the back of the bench of photo 1?

I was talking about the long bars, and didn't mean the question in a negative way, I was just asking.

Re: WCM IROC Camaro project.

Oh and I forgot to say, even though it was tough you pulled off the shock mount area wonderfully. Did you make the tool I came up with? And if so did it help?

Re: WCM IROC Camaro project.

The car is coming along nicely. In the back you have 4 support tubes that connect to the top of the cabs roll cage, are the outer two necessary? And I am going to be honest, I do not like the front end. But as a whole the car is going to be stunning! And thanks again for giving us updates on this ve...

Re: WCM IROC Camaro project.

No problem Funky, I am happy to help. And I just thought twice about that design, it would be easier to make if you take off the top tab with set screw and just clamp it to the chassis as well as using two square tubes for the upright portion of the body leaving the top open and just tack weld the t...

Re: WCM IROC Camaro project.

This is not permanent bracket this is only to find out what the length of your permanent bracket tab will be. You should make two of these. set screw is where mounts to the chassis Shock gets mounted between the far right two nuts and the long screw can travel up and down the body of the contraption...
